It is unfortunately not possible to cancel a sale on Passetonbillet. Most of the time, the tickets are already downloaded by the buyer and the money has already been sent to the seller. However, there is no guarantee that he or she will agree to cancel the sale.
I have several tickets on the same reservation (ex: return), how can I be sure that the buyer will only use the ticket purchased?
To ensure that the buyer of one of your tickets does not use other tickets under the same reservation, you can delete the reservation number of your PDF ticket. However, make sure that the bar code remains unchanged because in the event that your ticket becomes invalid due to your modification, the buyer will be refunded and you will not receive payment for your ticket.
Can I resell a ticket previously purchased on Passetonbillet?
For security reasons, it is currently not possible to resell a ticket previously bought on Passetonbillet. But we are working on this and it should be possible very soon!
How much does it cost to sell a ticket with Passetonbillet?
If you want to sell an e-ticket, selling a ticket is 100% free. We only charge a service fee if your e-ticket is sold. This amounts to only 6% of the price of the online e-ticket. So if you sell a ticket for 20€, we will deduct the service fee of 1 € and transfer the rest to your bank account (19 €).
When I add my PDF ticket I get a 500 error, what should I do?

In the previous version of the site, we decided to show the number of tickets sold for each user to allow buyers to recognize trusted sellers. Can I sell a paper ticket on Passetonbillet?
No, unfortunately it is not possible. Passetonbillet only works with original PDF files. Printed versions of paper tickets are not accepted at events as valid passes. Scanned or photographed versions of tickets cannot be sold on Passetonbillet either, as barcodes are often distorted and cannot be scanned.
Why is my number of tickets successfully sold 0?
Whenever a seller sells a ticket without any problem, it will be credited with a successful sale on his account. This reassures buyers before buying a ticket. If you had successfully sold tickets on the old version of the site, this number should still be displayed even after the switch to the new version. Why am I paid after the event?

Can I sell a ticket in pounds or dollars?
At the moment, all transactions on PasseTonBillet are in euros (€). It is therefore not possible to sell a ticket in pounds sterling (£) or dollars ($). The 'My Payments' page refreshes every ten minutes. Thus, if your identity document was accepted less than 10 minutes ago, please wait a few minutes and refresh the page, the status of your payments should then change to 'Payment done'. How can I remove the reservation number from my tickets?
