I have multiple tickets on the same file (PDF)
If you have several tickets on the same PDF file, you can download it normally, like you would with a single ticket. Our system will automatically detect the number of tickets in the file and take care of dividing them. You will be able to choose which ticket(s) you want to sell.
If it turns out that it doesn't work, don't panic! In this case, do not hesitate to contact us by using the chat. This will allow us to manually separate the files and send them back to you so that you can continue to add them on PasseTonBillet.
