All sellers are required to provide personal information, which is then verified by our partners. This information includes:

As soon as a ticket is uploaded, PasseTonBillet’s technology performs several automated checks to analyze the key information on the ticket.

Date and Venue Verification: PasseTonBillet analyzes event details (date, location, artist name) to ensure they match the original information on the ticket.
Personal Information Verification: PasseTonBillet verifies the name(s) on the ticket to avoid any discrepancies or errors in the information.
Category and Seating Verification: PasseTonBillet also checks the category (general admission or assigned seating) and the seat location to confirm the information

When will I receive my money?

If this is the first time that you ar eselling a ticket on our platform, make sure to ${color}[#e90707](add your IBAN and ID) on your profile, in 'My tickets for sale'. Otherwise, your payments will be pending until you do so.

On PasseTonBillet, for security reasons, payment for the ticket is transferred to the seller several days after the transaction. During this period, the funds are held securely in a third-party account with our financial partner, MangoPay. Payment to the seller is processed according to the timelines outlined below :

✅ Click on resell a ticket at the top right of your screen --> if you don't have an account, you'll need to create one ✅ Then select the ticket category (concert, sports, train….) ✅ Select your event from our list or create an event if it doesn't exist yet ✅ Your ticket will undergo a security check, which may take several hours. It will either be validated or rejected. ✅Once your ticket is listed for sale, you’ll receive a confirmation email. ✅ After your ad is published, users can purchase and receive your e-ticket automatically, even if your IBAN and ID have not yet been verified.

⛔ Users will be able to purchase and receive your e-ticket without any validation from you. ⛔ You agree not to list your ticket on any platform other than PasseTonBillet. ⛔ If you decide to use the ticket yourself, you must immediately remove it from PasseTonBillet.

The security of transactions between buyers and dellers is our priority. In accordance with the “Know Your Customer” KYC regulations, identity verification is mandatory to receive money when selling a ticket.

To have your profile verified, you must first submit a photo of your ID ( ${color}[#2d9226](photo taken with your smartphone) and ${color}[#e81111](never scan) ) and submit it in the 'My Profile' > 'Verify my Identity' tab. Then, the information will be quickly (15 minutes) validated or rejected by our financial partner MangoPay.
