Creating and setting up a PasseTonBillet ticket exchange is free for the organizer. On the buyer side, service fees are applied when a ticket is purchased. They are generally 10% of the ticket sale price. On the seller side, listing a ticket is free. Fees may be applied only if the ticket is sold. They are generally 5% of the sale price. A minimum of €3 including tax may apply per transaction. If a ticket listed for sale does not find a buyer, no transaction is carried out. The ticket remains attached to the original seller. No payment is triggered and no transaction fee is charged. The seller is paid after the event, in order to secure the transaction and allow any potential dispute to be handled. Who owns the data generated by the ticket exchange?
The data generated by the ticket exchange belongs to the organizer or to the event rights holders. PasseTonBillet processes this data only to operate the ticket exchange: publication, transaction security, user support, sales tracking and exports provided to the organizer.
