Who owns the data generated by the ticket exchange?

The data generated by the ticket exchange belongs to the organizer or to the event rights holders.

PasseTonBillet processes this data only to operate the ticket exchange: publication, transaction security, user support, sales tracking and exports provided to the organizer.

This data is not used by PasseTonBillet to be resold to third parties or used for commercial and marketing purposes independent of the event concerned.
