How can you cancel an open dispute?

After opening a dispute, the buyer has the option to change their mind and cancel the dispute, provided they have communicated with the seller.

To do this, go to the “My Purchased Tickets” tab.

The seller will receive an e-mail notification informing them that the dispute has been canceled.
