Can you cancel a ticket purchase?
No, all purchases are final. Tickets purchased on PasseTonBillet are neither exchangeable nor refundable for security reasons related to ticket exchanges.

Can you exercise your right of withdrawal?
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sales between individuals, except in cases where the event is cancelled.

Is it possible to resell a ticket already purchased on PasseTonBillet?
By default, for all events, it is prohibited to resell on PasseTonBillet a ticket that was already purchased from another person on the platform. This restriction is in place for security reasons.
Since the ticket is not in your name, the validity, control, and tracking of the transaction cannot be guaranteed in case of issues with the ticket on the day of the event.
