What do I do if the event is cancelled or postponed - as a ticket buyer?

It is the purchaser's responsibility to keep informed about the event for which he/she is buying a ticket. It is the purchaser's responsibility to check for him/herself if the event is postponed or cancelled.

What should I do if the event for which I bought a ticket on PasseTonBillet is cancelled?

According to PasseTonBillet's General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU), you can request a refund if the event is cancelled, provided you have opened a dispute up to 48 hours after the date of the event.

How do I open a dispute to request a refund?

If the organizer cancels or postpones the event, the purchaser cannot keep the ticket and is required to open a dispute to request a refund. [See how to open a dispute.]

Please note, after 48 hours from the event’s scheduled date and time, no further recourse will be available for the buyer to receive a refund from PasseTonBillet.

If you choose not to open a dispute and wish to keep the ticket, you will be in violation of PasseTonBillet’s GCU and assume your own contractual responsibility.

Is PasseTonBillet responsible for any costs related to the cancellation or postponement of an event?

No, PasseTonBillet is not responsible for any damages incurred by users due to the modification or cancellation of an event. If an event is postponed to a different date or time, or if the location changes, neither the seller nor PasseTonBillet is obligated to compensate for any personal expenses incurred as a result.
