Can I cancel a ticket purchase?
Tickets purchased on PasseTonBillet are neither exchangeable nor refundable. All purchases are final.
Also, as explained in our Terms and Condition, during sales made from individuals to individuals, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
No right of withdrawal
Concerning distance selling between PasseTonBillet users, it is recalled that the sale of tickets constituting a provision of leisure services which must be provided at a determined periodicity, in accordance with the provisions of article L.221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the provisions of article L.221-18 of the same code relating to the consumer's right of withdrawal are not applicable to the purchase of tickets remotely.
Also, as explained in our Terms and Condition, during sales made from individuals to individuals, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
