On your profile, the ‘My Alerts’ page gathers all of your active alerts. From this page, you can create new alerts or delete existing ones.

If you no longer wish to receive notifications for tickets matching your alerts, simply delete the alert. To do so, go to ‘My Alerts’, then click ‘Delete’.
