What happens if there is an error in the listing created by the seller?

If a dispute concerns a clear error in the listing published by the seller, for example an incorrect date, an incorrect ticket category or an inconsistent price, and this error is confirmed by PasseTonBillet, the dispute will be decided in favor of the buyer.
The seller is solely responsible for the information they publish. Any error when creating the listing is the seller's responsibility. PasseTonBillet cannot be held responsible for content published by users.
Any abusive dispute opened by a buyer, without a real basis or using false statements, may result in suspension or blocking of their account.
