Why did you receive a PDF ticket without a reservation number?

Sellers can choose to erase the reservation number on their PDF tickets if they have multiple tickets under the same reservation. This is done to prevent a buyer from potentially using a ticket different from the one they purchased. If you receive a ticket with the reservation number deleted, don’t worry it means the seller is just being careful, which is a good sign!

We will do our best to assist you with your request as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please do not purchase another ticket, as we will not be able to refund it, and you may end up with two identical tickets.
