How do I know that my ticket was sold?

Whenever one of your tickets is sold, we will automatically send the PDF ticket to the buyer and notify you via email and text message.

Additionally, all sold tickets will move from the ‘My Tickets for Sale’ section to the ‘My Payments’ section.

Please note that once a ticket is sold, the transaction cannot be canceled..
