If you have an access control issue with a ticket purchased on PasseTonBillet, you can download our ticket non-validity certificate template using this link to help us process your dispute:

On the day of the event, we recommend that you:

Go to the event ticket office.
Ask a manager to complete, sign and stamp this document, or to provide an equivalent certificate if this is not possible.

When you open a dispute on PasseTonBillet, remember to attach this document to your request to prove that you were unable to attend the event.

If you could not have the certificate completed, do not worry: your request will still be reviewed carefully.
