Why is regular ticket reselling prohibited on PasseTonBillet?

PasseTonBillet is a second-hand platform for private individuals, intended for personal, non-professional and occasional use. It allows you to buy a ticket to attend an event or occasionally resell a ticket you can no longer use.

Regular reselling falls outside this purpose and is not allowed on PasseTonBillet.

Why does PasseTonBillet prohibit regular reselling?

Our service is not intended for a regular ticket buying and reselling business or for building up stocks of tickets to resell.

Preserving a second-hand platform for private individuals is essential to how we operate. This rule helps maintain access to tickets, trust between members and a service focused on the occasional needs of buyers and sellers.

What does an excessive-use restriction mean?

When an account’s activity no longer fits the platform’s occasional-use framework, PasseTonBillet may restrict the account for excessive use.

The restriction applies to both buying and reselling:

  • You can no longer buy tickets on PasseTonBillet.
  • You can no longer list tickets for sale or continue reselling tickets on the platform.

I think this is a mistake. What should I do?

You can contact our team through PasseTonBillet support and explain the circumstances of your use. Contacting us does not automatically lift the restriction.
