Why did I receive a PDF ticket without a reservation number?

Sellers can decide to erase the reservation number on their PDF tickets if they have several tickets under the same reservation. This would potentially allow a buyer to use a ticket different from the one purchased. So if you receive a ticket where the reservation number has been deleted don't worry it means the seller is just being careful (which is a pretty good sign!).

We will do our best to help you with your request in time. Meanwhile, please do not purchase another ticket as we will not be able to refund it and you will end up with two identical tickets.
