The 'My Payments' page refreshes every ten minutes. Thus, if your identity document was accepted less than 10 minutes ago, please wait a few minutes and refresh the page, the status of your payments should then change to 'Payment done'.

If this is still not the case after 10 minutes, please check that you have received an email confirming that your identity document has been accepted. If the problem persists, please contact us.
