How do I know that my ticket was sold?

To check if your ticket has been sold, the safest way is to log in to your profile and go to the My Sold Tickets tab: if your ticket appears there, it has been successfully sold.

The status of your ticket will also change to “Sold” in the My Tickets for Sale tab.

Finally, you will receive a confirmation email for each sale (don’t forget to check your spam folder if you don’t see it).
