How do I edit and/or delete my ticket for sale ?
To access this option, you must first log in to your PasseTonBillet account.
Go to your profile and click on the “My tickets for sale” tab.
From there, you can view, edit, delete, or update your active listings. You can modify the sale price of your ticket as well as the description of your listing.
PasseTonBillet is a demanding platform committed to its users: security and smooth transactions are our top priorities.
As outlined in our General Terms and Conditions of Use and reiterated several times during the sales process, all ticket sales are final.
Moreover, it is not possible for a seller to cancel a sale for obvious security reasons. Once the transaction is completed, the ticket(s) and confidential information are sent to the buyer by email, and the payment is transferred to the seller via bank transfer.
If you have already sold your ticket elsewhere (on another website or platform), please inform the buyer on that platform that your ticket has already been sold, as we cannot cancel the transaction.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in your account being banned from our platform, and you will no longer be able to sell or purchase tickets on PasseTonBillet.
Before reaching that point, your trust score displayed on your profile during sales will be significantly impacted, discouraging users from conducting transactions with you.
