My ticket is not found, what can I do?

Our system checks each ticket. Thus, the only way to put a ticket on sale is to use our automatic selling form by entering your name or email address linked to the reservation as well as the reservation reference. It is impossible to put a ticket on sale manually on Passetonbillet.

If we cannot find your ticket, it is very likely that you entered the wrong information, please check and try again.

For Thalys tickets:
All Thalys tickets purchased on Thaly.com, Izy.com or SNCB.com can be found by our system.
You must enter your name associated with the reservation as well as the reservation reference (6 letters) in the sale form and your tickets will appear.

If we cannot find your ticket, it is very likely that you entered the wrong information, please check and try again.

For SNCF tickets (OuiGo, InOui):
We do not yet accept all SNCF tickets. When you enter your name and booking reference in the form, we will then ask you to enter your booking-related email.

If your ticket is not found despite the 3 fields (name, email and reservation reference) are correct, this means that we do not yet accept your type of ticket. There is no point in contacting us as we will unfortunately be unable to do anything.
We are adding new ticket types every week, hoping to be able to accept all tickets within a few months.
