How do I add my banking information (IBAN)?

You can add your bank account from your profile using the “Add my IBAN” button.

Once the ticket is sold, no further changes can be made, as the payment is already in process and on its way to the bank account you provided.

If your bank account is no longer active, the payment will fail, and the funds will be automatically returned to us within 8 business days. In such cases, you will need to update your banking details on your profile and contact our customer support team for assistance.
