How do I modify and/or delete my ad?
In order to access this option, you must first log into your PasseTonBillet account.
Go to your profile in the "My tickets for sale" tab, then click on it.

You can view, modify, delete, or edit your active ads at any time. Specifically, you can adjust the sale price of your ticket or update the description of your ad.

As outlined in our General Conditions of Use and reiterated throughout the sales process, all ticket sales are final. For security reasons, it is not possible for a seller to cancel a sale. Once the transaction is complete, the ticket(s) and confidential information are sent directly to the buyer by email, and the payment is transferred to the seller.
If you have already sold your ticket elsewhere (website or other), please warn the buyer of this other website that your ticket is ultimately already sold, because we will not be able to cancel the transaction.
Failure to comply with the rules may result in your account being banned from our website. This would prevent you from using our platform to sell or purchase tickets in the future.
Before reaching that point,, your trust score displayed on your profile during the sale will be strongly impacted and will dissuade users from transacting with you.
