What should you do if the event is cancelled or postponed as a ticket seller?
If the event for which you sold a ticket is cancelled or postponed, check the information shared by the organiser, the original ticketing provider or the website on which you initially purchased the ticket.
PasseTonBillet acts as a technical intermediary between ticket buyers and sellers. PasseTonBillet does not organise the event and does not refund the seller who sold a ticket on the Website.
In the event of cancellation of the event, PasseTonBillet does not refund the seller who sold a ticket on the Website.
The seller must contact directly the organiser, the original ticketing provider or the website on which they initially purchased the ticket in order to obtain, where applicable, a refund, credit note, replacement ticket or any other compensation linked to the ticket initially purchased.
When PasseTonBillet refunds the buyer because the event has been cancelled, the seller is not entitled to receive the Ticket Sale Price corresponding to the cancelled transaction.
The seller must then contact directly the organiser, the original ticketing provider or the website on which they initially purchased the ticket.
No. Cancellation of the original ticket, where possible, must be arranged directly with the organiser, the original ticketing provider or the website on which the ticket was initially purchased.
PasseTonBillet cannot cancel a ticket issued by an external ticketing provider on your behalf.
If the event is postponed, follow the information shared by the organiser or the original ticketing provider. The conditions applicable to the ticket, including any postponement, credit note or refund terms, are determined by the organiser.
