Which types of tickets can you sell?

Which ticket formats are allowed on PasseTonBillet?


For security reasons, only original, unmodified PDF tickets are allowed for resale on PasseTonBillet.


Please download the tickets directly from the original confirmation email. If you cannot find this email, contact the event organizer to obtain your ticket in PDF format.


The following ticket formats are not allowed on PasseTonBillet:


  • Physical and hardback
  • Ticket scan
  • Modified PDF
  • Screenshot
  • Provisional, non-final ticket / against mark


How can you list your ticket if you only have a screenshot or paper version?


  • If you cannot find the ticket in PDF format in your email, contact the event organizer directly and request the original ticket in PDF format.


  • Search your inbox for the confirmation email, as it often includes the original ticket as a PDF attachment.


  • If you have a Ticketmaster Go mobile ticket, you can retrieve it from your Ticketmaster account and save it in PDF format.


  • If you have not received your ticket yet and only have a temporary proof of purchase, the event organizer may issue the final ticket closer to the event date. Check your e-mail for details on when the ticket is expected to arrive.
