Can I buy or sell a Eurostar© ticket?
According to the regulations of the Eurostar© site, this type of ticket is not transferable: see the Regulations on the [Eurostar] site (https://www.eurostar.com/fr-fr/conditions-de-transport).
We authorize the resale of Eurostar© tickets, which are nominative. Since ticket checks are typically automated, the traveler’s identity is not usually verified. However, in exceptional cases, manual checks may occur. If the name on the ticket does not match the name on the passport, the passenger may be refused access and will need to purchase a new ticket.
In the event that a buyer is checked and is required to purchase another ticket, the buyer will assume the risk and will not be eligible for a refund, unless it can be proven that the seller’s ticket is counterfeit.
