Listing Charter
Last updated: 4 July 2026
This charter explains how PasseTonBillet lists, delists and ranks ticket listings published on the website. Its purpose is to provide users with clear, fair and transparent information.
1. Definitions
- Listing: an offer to sell a ticket published by a seller on PasseTonBillet.
- Ticket: an access title for an event, transmitted digitally when accepted by the service.
- User account: the personal space allowing a user to buy, sell, track a transaction or contact support.
- Event: a show, concert, festival, sports event or any other event listed on PasseTonBillet.
- Organizer or rights holder: the person or entity responsible for the event or holding exploitation rights over it.
- PasseTonBillet or the Company: NITO SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €27,500, located at 6 rue d’Armaillé, 75017 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 513 007 880.
- Seller: a non-professional user offering a ticket for sale on PasseTonBillet.
2. Conditions for listing an offer
A listing may be published on PasseTonBillet when the conditions below are met.
2.1. Seller account and information
The seller must have a user account and provide the information required to secure the transaction, including:
- their identity;
- their contact details;
- the information required for payment;
- any supporting document requested for security, payment or fraud-prevention checks.
PasseTonBillet may refuse or suspend a listing if the information provided is incomplete, inconsistent, manifestly false or does not allow the transaction to be secured.
2.2. Accepted ticket
The ticket offered for sale must be a readable, original digital ticket that can be processed by PasseTonBillet’s system.
The following are in particular refused:
- photos of tickets;
- scans or unusable copies;
- modified files;
- tickets that have already been used or cancelled;
- tickets whose event, category, date or price cannot be verified;
- tickets linked to services not offered by PasseTonBillet, unless specifically accepted.
For some events, specific rules may apply, such as an enhanced security protocol, an official ticket exchange, ticket reissue or a restriction agreed with the organizer.
2.3. Mandatory information in the listing
The seller must provide accurate, complete and understandable information, including:
- the event name;
- the date and, where necessary, the time;
- the ticket category or type;
- the resale price;
- important information visible on the ticket or required by the buyer;
- any specific restrictions where they exist.
The seller guarantees that the information provided is accurate and truthful. PasseTonBillet may correct, complete, refuse or remove a listing when the information does not match the original ticket or may mislead the buyer.
2.4. Resale price
The seller sets the resale price within the limits applicable on PasseTonBillet, under the Terms and Conditions and the rules specific to the event.
As a rule, the resale price must not exceed the initial purchase price or face value of the ticket, unless a local rule or specific case expressly applies.
PasseTonBillet may refuse or remove a listing when the price appears contrary to the law, platform rules, event rules or the organizer’s rights.
2.5. Lawfulness of resale
The seller may publish a listing only if they are legitimately entitled to offer the ticket for resale.
A listing may be refused or removed in particular where:
- the ticket results from theft, fraud or unlawful acquisition;
- the ticket is fake, altered, already used or cancelled;
- resale is prohibited or restricted for the event concerned;
- the organizer requests that resale be blocked or closed;
- the seller acts habitually or professionally while the service is intended for non-professional users;
- publication creates a risk for the buyer, the organizer or event security.
3. Delisting a listing
PasseTonBillet may delist, suspend or delete a listing when it does not comply with publication rules, the Terms and Conditions, applicable law or event-specific security requirements.
Delisting may occur in particular:
- following an automatic check;
- after manual review;
- after a report from a user, organizer, rights holder or third party;
- in the event of suspected fraud, duplicate listing, error or inconsistency;
- when the transaction can no longer be secured.
Delisting a listing does not automatically create a right to compensation. Any consequences are handled under the Terms and Conditions and according to the status of the transaction concerned.
4. Reporting a listing
If you believe a listing is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or contrary to PasseTonBillet’s rules, you may report it to customer support.
Where possible, your report should specify:
- the link to the listing or event concerned;
- the reason for the report;
- the information needed to understand the issue;
- any document useful for verification.
Abusive or knowingly inaccurate reports may incur the liability of their author.
5. Ranking of listings
5.1. General principles
The ranking of listings mainly depends on the information available about the ticket and the event: ticket availability, publication date, category, price, event date, filters used and technical parameters of the page viewed.
Ranking may also depend on rules specific to an official ticket exchange or partner event, where such rules are displayed or required to secure the sale.
5.2. Search, sorting and filters
Depending on the page viewed, listings may be ranked or filtered in particular by:
- event;
- date;
- city or venue;
- ticket category;
- price;
- availability;
- publication date;
- applicable security protocol.
When sorting options are offered, the ranking displayed depends on the user’s selected option.
5.3. Promotion and commercial influence
By default, PasseTonBillet does not rank listings based on remuneration paid by an individual seller to promote their listing.
If a promotion, specific display order or special rule is applied as part of an official ticket exchange, a partnership with an organizer or an event-specific setting, this information is indicated where necessary for the user’s proper understanding.
6. Updates to this charter
This charter may be updated to reflect changes to the service, event-specific rules, regulations or ranking tools used by PasseTonBillet.
