How do I add my banking information (IBAN)?

You can add your bank account from your profile using the “Add my IBAN” button.

After the ticket has been sold, it is no longer possible to make any changes because the payment is already on its way to the bank account you entered.
If your bank account is no longer active, the payment will fail and the money will be automatically sent to us within 8 business days. In this case, it will be necessary to update your banking information on your profile and contact our customer support.
