What should you do if you entered the wrong IBAN or if your bank account is closed?

If you added an incorrect IBAN or if your bank account has since been closed, the transfer will first be sent by our system, then rejected by the bank. This process can take several days, usually around one week, before the money is returned to us.
To speed up the resolution, you need to add a new valid IBAN directly from your PasseTonBillet account. Once this has been done, contact us via chat to let us know. We will then be able to make a new manual transfer as soon as the funds have been returned.
