What happens if your ticket is linked to a cashless account?

• The cashless balance will not be transferred to the new ticket buyer.
• Once the event is over, the organizer will generally provide a form to request a refund of the remaining funds.
• For the refund, we recommend following the organizer's communications on their website to find out the procedure to follow, or contacting the organizer directly.
