The resale price of a ticket on PasseTonBillet is regulated to ensure a responsible, fair ticket exchange that complies with applicable rules.
The seller sets the resale price within the limits provided by applicable regulations, PasseTonBillet's terms of use and, where relevant, the rules agreed with the event organizer.
Maximum price
On PasseTonBillet, the resale price cannot exceed the original purchase price of the ticket, meaning its face value.
This is a platform rule, even where the applicable regulation depends on the type of event or the country concerned.
In France, resale of certain tickets is also regulated by law, especially for shows or competitions receiving public funding. You can read the DGCCRF information page on ticket resale:

Minimum price
A minimum price may also apply. By default, it generally corresponds to 80% of the original purchase price of the ticket.
This minimum price may vary depending on the ticket category, the event, or the conditions agreed with the organizer.
Automatic checks
When a ticket is listed for sale, the price entered is checked automatically by the platform.
If the price does not comply with the applicable rules, the listing may be blocked, refused or removed.
PasseTonBillet may also take the measures provided for in its terms of use in the event of an attempt to bypass the rules, speculative behavior, or behavior contrary to the expected use of the service.
