How can you sell a ticket privately to someone?
You can sell a ticket to a specific person using private resale on PasseTonBillet.
- When publishing your listing, select Sell my ticket privately
- Create your listing as usual by choosing the event and following the steps
- Activate the option “Sell my ticket privately” during the listing process
- Once your listing is created, you’ll receive a private link by e-mail or in the “My Tickets for Sale” tab
- Share this link with your buyer so they can complete the purchase
The buyer must have a PasseTonBillet account to purchase the ticket. With this option, your ticket will only be visible to the person you choose and will not appear on the event page.
How can you switch a public ticket to a private ticket after it has been listed?
You can change a public ticket to a private ticket (with a shareable link) directly from your account:
- Go to the My Tickets for Sale tab
- Click on Edit my listing
- Click on Make my ticket private
→ Your ticket will no longer be publicly visible on the website
- Then click on Share the listing link to send it to your friend
How to switch a ticket from private back to public?
- Go to the My Tickets for Sale tab
- Click on Edit my listing
- Click on Make my ticket public
→ Your ticket will once again be visible on the site to all potential buyers
