I have multiple tickets on the same file, what should I do?

If you have several tickets in your PDF file, you can download it quite normally, like a normal ticket. Our system will automatically detect the number of tickets in the file and take care of dividing them. You will be able to choose which ticket you want to sell.

If it turns out that it doesn't work, don't panic! In this case, do not hesitate to contact us by chat. This will allow us to manually separate the files for you and send them back to you so that you can continue your ad.
