How to cancel an opened dispute?
After opening a dispute, a buyer has the option to change their mind and cancel the dispute, provided they have communicated with the seller.
To do this, go to the “My Purchased Tickets” tab.
The seller will receive an email notification informing them that the dispute has been canceled.
