Why can’t you find your event on PasseTonBillet?

Do you want to sell a ticket or buy a ticket for an event, but cannot find the event in the list shown on PasseTonBillet?

Ticket resale is governed by rules that may vary from one country to another.

For this reason, PasseTonBillet opens ticket exchanges only when resale can be offered within a framework that complies with the legislation applicable in the country of the event concerned.

In France in particular, opening a ticket exchange that allows tickets to be bought and resold is possible only when we have the agreement of the organizer, producer or venue concerned.

If an event does not appear in the list, it does not necessarily mean there is an error. It may simply mean that PasseTonBillet does not yet have the necessary agreement to open a ticket exchange for that event.

You can contact the organizer, producer or venue to suggest authorizing ticket resale and opening a PasseTonBillet ticket exchange.

You can also write to us with the name of the event. This allows us to identify the request and, where possible, relay it to the organizer concerned.

For some venues or events, the ticket exchange may open only when the event is sold out or when the organizer decides to activate official resale.

In that case, regularly check the information shared by the venue, organizer or original ticketing provider.
