# Como cancelar uma disputa aberta?

Após abrir uma disputa, o comprador pode mudar de ideia e cancelá-la.

Para isso, acesse a aba “Meus bilhetes adquiridos”:

O vendedor receberá um e-mail para notificá-lo de que o utilizador cancelou uma disputa.
