Why did I receive a PDF ticket without a reservation number?
Sellers can decide to erase the reservation number on their PDF tickets if they have several tickets under the same reservation. Can I cancel a ticket purchase?

Therefore, you can always download your ticket by going to My purchased tickets . You can verify and change your email address via your profile.
I can no longer travel due to the quarantine, can I cancel my purchase?
Exceptionally, due to the current situation, if you have purchased a ticket and you no longer wish to travel due to confinement, you can ask us to cancel the transaction. However, it is imperative to make the request at least 12 hours before the train departure time so that your seller can also be reimbursed. After this period, we will no longer be able to cancel the transaction and you will not receive a refund even if you cannot travel with the ticket.
