# You cannot find your artist or show in the list

When a ticket is put on sale, if you cannot find the artist in the provided list, click on the orange message below, “Add artist/show.”

**Attention:** The vast majority of artists are already listed in our database. If you can’t find the artist, please check the spelling and try again.
