# When is the seller paid?

The seller is paid after the event, in order to secure the transaction and allow any potential dispute to be handled.

Payment is triggered no earlier than **24 hours after the event date**, with a minimum delay of **5 days after the sale**.

To receive payment, the seller must have entered their bank details and completed the checks requested by PasseTonBillet.
