# What happens if your ticket is linked to a cashless account?

* **The cashless balance will not be transferred** to the new ticket buyer.

* Once the event is over, the organizer will generally provide a form to request a refund of the remaining funds.

* **For the refund**, we recommend following the organizer's communications on their website to find out the procedure to follow, or contacting the organizer directly.
