# What happens if there is an error in the listing created by the seller?

If a dispute concerns a **clear error** in the listing published by the seller, for example an incorrect date, an incorrect ticket category or an inconsistent price, and this error is **confirmed by PasseTonBillet**, the dispute will be **decided in favor of the buyer**.

**The seller is solely responsible for the information they publish.** Any error when creating the listing is the seller's responsibility. **PasseTonBillet cannot be held responsible for content published by users.**

**Any abusive dispute opened by a buyer**, without a real basis or using false statements, **may result in suspension or blocking of their account.**
