What happens if my ticket doesn't work?
There is very little chance of this happening, but it is unfortunately not impossible. If you encounter the slightest problem with a ticket purchased on Passetonbillet, it is imperative that you create a dispute against your seller within 24 hours after the departure of the train or the start of the event by going to My tickets purchased then by clicking on "A problem" to the right of the ticket.
Once a dispute is created, we will investigate and if it turns out that the seller tried to be dishonest, you will then be refunded the amount paid to buy the ticket on Passetonbillet.
