# What happens if my event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled, the organizer can cancel the event and ticket sales from their **PasseTonBillet Pro** interface.

PasseTonBillet then handles the relevant transactions and refunds buyers who purchased their ticket through the ticket exchange.

Listings that are still on sale are removed to prevent any new transaction on the cancelled event.
