Event organizers: Occasionally, when an event organizer needs to cancel or modify an event, or wants to inquire about the resale of tickets for their event, they ask us which tickets have been sold through our platform in order to check that the right cardholders are informed and/or reimbursed. This information may also be used by event organizers to prevent fraud. In this case, the event organizer acts (as a separate data controller) in accordance with its own privacy policies.
In addition, we may share your personal data with third parties if we are legally required to do so. PasseTonBillet does not sell, market or rent personal data to third parties. We may share generic aggregated data with our business partners and trusted affiliates. In such cases, the data will be completely anonymized.
