# Dispute: ticket non-validity certificate template

If you have an access control issue with a ticket purchased on PasseTonBillet, you can download our ticket non-validity certificate template using this link to help us process your dispute:

On the day of the event, we recommend that you:

1. Go to the event **ticket office**.
2. Ask a manager to **complete, sign and stamp** this document, or to provide an equivalent certificate if this is not possible.

When you open a dispute on PasseTonBillet, remember to **attach this document** to your request to prove that you were unable to attend the event.

If you could not have the certificate completed, do not worry: your request will still be reviewed carefully.
